"For someone who pays over $29,000 a year in insurance premiums, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a returned phone call.
I’ve left multiple voicemails and made several attempts to get help, only to be left chasing people down and feeling like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but customer service should not disappear after the policy is sold.
When it’s time to collect the premium and earn the commission, there never seems to be a communication problem. That same level of attention should be there when a customer actually needs something.
After spending this much annually on insurance, I shouldn’t have to beg for basic service or repeatedly chase someone down for a response.
To resolve this I have switched agents out of town been tired of dealing with this the past 2 years and being told the same run around (we will get back to you)"
